GMORS Group has attained ISO-13485 certification and has variety of materials that have passed USP VI, ISO-10993 and FDA grades, including platinum-cured silicone, medical grade EPDM, FKM and FFKM.
In order to ensure cleanliness in the production process, all medical-grade materials are produced in class 10,000 clean rooms, and cleaned and packaged in class 100 clean rooms.
We have co-operated with many rubber manufacturers such as Dow, Wacker, Nusil and so on in order to offer a wide range of high quality medical grade seal products. We have also invested in LSR machines to enhance our product manufacturing process.
The serious threat of COVID-19 has resulted in a surge in demand for various medical devices such as respirators.
